Silkscreen print on cotton dress

The Dancer series explores how abstract shapes can express emotions and states of mind though movement and composition — just like body language. I always wanted to see these shapes move on a person’s body. This summer, in the studio of Chantal at LaVallée in Brussels, we printed the Dancer dress, in a tiny edition and through an experimental process bringing together ink painting and silkscreen. The dresses are fairtrade, vegan, organic cotton from Stanley/Stella. Each dress is handprinted and signed. The dress is available in XS, S, M and L (size guide below). It costs 150 Euro and can be sent by post or tried on and bought in my studio in Etterbeek, Brussels.
